Individual charged with DWI 1st. He was and is a police officer for a local county and a conviction would jeopardise his career. We studied the evidence of his case and found an error that the arresting officer made. we filed a motion to suppress the evidence and won the suppression hearing. As a result the state did not have sufficient evidence to go forward with the case and it was dismissed. The client still works for the county as a police officer and, since the case was dismissed, it did not affect is career.
