Do I need to come into the office for a visit?

An office visit is not necessary and, in fact, is discouraged since it serves no purpose.

We will get information from you and from looking at your criminal record. It is extremely important that a person be totally honest when discussing his/her background with us. This information, along with our knowledge of the law, will provide us with sufficient information to ascertain if you are eligible and give us what we need to go forward with requesting the nondisclosure or expunction order.
